Jen McNutt, MScPT, Diploma in Canine Rehab

 

Jen comes to use from Nelson, BC!  We are delighted to have her with us at the Canine Fitness Centre for the fally 2024! 

Jen graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 2009.  She actually went into physiotherapy school  always knowing that she wanted to apply the skills she learned to animals. So it was an easy decision to take the courses put out by the Animal Rehab Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and complete her Diploma in Canine Rehabilitation. Since graduating, she has taken numberous courses (in human and animal).  Jen is a wealth of knowledge and a seasoned practitioner.

Jen owns her own business in BC - Kootenay Canine Physio and is also the Canadian distributor for Thera-Paw Canada.  She is helping us out this Fall to cover our busy schedule and a short term leave of abscence... and we secretly hope that she will love it so much that she'll move her whole family out here on a more permanent basis!

When she is not travelling back and forth to BC, she loves figure skating, running, and enjoying an active lifestyle.
